What is digitization?

NOM‑151 defines it as: A process that allows the migration of printed documents into data messages, as established in Normative Appendix B of this Official Mexican Standard.
It is the responsibility of the Federal Government to establish the regulations that govern all transactions carried out by merchants in commercial acts related to their businesses.

What is NOM-151?

The ministry of economy, aware of businesses’ growing need for digitization, published an update to NOM-151 in 2017 in the DOF.
